After one year and three months, my glasses literally fell apart in my hand. The hinge spring needed to be replaced in one of the arms. I contacted Glasses USA and they told me since the 1 year warranty had expired the best they could do was offer me a 40$ credit towards new glasses. Really not satisfied with their service or quality of glasses. Don't waste your money.
Constant issues with my orders
Either my orders are not in my orders tab on the website or I am not able to track my package with my order inside and I am very unhappy with this service

GlassesUSA made ordering glasses very easy and gave quick reference to any questions I had about their additional options when ordering. I looked around for cheaper prices, but with the coupons available through their own site nothing else was even close.
Much more affordable option to purchasing subscription eyglasses and sunglasses. Will always check here first!
Very very confusing instructions. I've bought from you several times before but this was the worst time. I almost didn't order and am not sure what I ended up paying for - I don't think I will order again.
Hard to navigate and would not accept coupon for email subscription
Ordering through customer service to confirm prescription and fame size was great. Now waiting on delivery of two new glasses. If all fits and works well, 5 stars. If not, well still 4 stars.
Chat, not very helpful. Check out, tricky. And a few other things could make it a heck better.
My experience with Glasses USA was terrible. I was totally disappointed with their birthday business practice, I paid for expedited shipping and all I got was apologies and excuses. Then, after paying 129.00 for transition lenses, I find out the transition is weak!!! Be very weary of shopping with this company!
Fast and easy to place an order. I also love that I can use my amazon info to place an order. Makes it so easy.
I hope my prescription is correct. On my O.S. my axis is 180, but I was not able to put it in due to my cylinder being 0.00.

You can order two and try them at home for free for 14 days. Or, you can order and pay for as many as you want and return for a refund.

Even shipping a pair of glasses that you pay for takes over a month and lots of customer service hassles. Find a different company.

Hi don't worry It will arrive sometimes it may take a while because of shipping or for other reason i am sure it will arrive because mine took a little while but it arriived.

Take them down from what site Harold? There are plenty of bad reviews here plus check out BBB complaints https://www.bbb.org/new-york-city/business-reviews/retail-optical-goods/glasses-usa-in-new-york-ny-107236/reviews-and-complaints. Join the club of all of us jilted customers. They should be shut down!
